Responsåvel por liderar regional composta com grupo de team lideres, especialistas de vendas dedicada a prospectar e fechar negócios com empresas, utilizando abordagem externa, acompanhando a performance da equipe, elaborando planos de ação para alcance de resultados.

Como serĂĄ seu dia a dia:

  • Liderar uma equipe de Team LĂ­deres com atuação externa com orientação e suporte para alcançar metas de vendas estabelecidas;
  • Acompanhar a performance da equipe por meio de anĂĄlise e indicadores (mĂ©tricas da operação);
  • Acompanhamento time diante as visitas e negĂłcios, fornecendo feedbacks constantes, construindo planos para o desenvolvimento dos resultados e desenvolvimento colaborador (PDI);
