Aqui, seu papel será:
- Liderar a equipe, garantindo o alinhamento com a estratégia da área de Seguros.
- Assegurar a excelência no atendimento e na experiência do cliente.
- Realizar a gestão e o desenvolvimento dos Especialistas de Seguros.
- Elaborar e apresentar relatórios de produtividade e resultados para a liderança.
- Conduzir monitorias comerciais por amostragem, oferecendo feedbacks direcionados aos consultores da equipe.
- Estruturar propostas de seguros personalizadas, considerando os diferentes perfis de clientes.
- Atuar como referência técnica nos temas de Seguros e Consórcios.
- Ter disponibilidade para viagens a cidades próximas, com o objetivo de acompanhar e apoiar o time.
