Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Witney branch.

This part-time role covers 21 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm.

You’ll be the friendly face and voice for customers, handling transactions, inquiries and calls in a supportive, multi-skilled team.

You’ll build relationships, learn about services and products, and identify ways to improve the customer experience. A flexible, proactive approach is essential.
