Reporting into the Digital Product Manager, the key purpose of the role is to support the delivery and ongoing management of the company's digital point of sale (POS) system, that in turn supports Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to work proactively and under own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills; able to engage with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent team player, able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and business partners; working independently as required.
  • Sound time management skills by delivering activity within prescribed timeframes through effective prioritisation of actions across multiple projects and ongoing programmes.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills to engage with stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issues through to resolution.
  • Adaptability and resilience; ability to work across multiple initiatives within a pressurised environment, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with high work ethic, especially in reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to carry out domestic travel from time to time.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary depending upon expertise, range of £38,000 - £42,000.
  • Eligibility for annual bonus, up to 15%.
  • 27 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, with flexible holiday options and additional leave after five years.
