Job Overview
Santander is looking for an on‑call Customer Experience Advisor based out of Crawley, working 260 hours per annum on a rota‑d basis Monday to Saturday between 8 am & 6 pm. You will act as the friendly face and voice of Santander, handling cash transactions, technology assistance, telephone enquiries, fraud protection and a broad range of customer activities, thriving in a multi‑skilled environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
- Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, queries and servicing.
- Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
- Build relationships and find solutions.
- Develop your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
- Identify new ways to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in face‑to‑face or telephony environments (Required).
- Effective communication skills to truly understand customer needs (Required).
- A real desire to go above‑and‑beyond for customers (Preferred).
- Team‑working skills with a flexible, can‑do approach to work (Preferred).

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: £25,950.00 – £32,779.00 per annum (depending on experience). Salary based on a standard 35‑hour week.
- £500 annual cash allowance to spend on benefits.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after 5 years of service, with a purchase option for up to 5 contractual days per year.
