As Category & Sourcing Lead, you will support the Head of Category & Sourcing and the broader Procurement transformation through category excellence. You will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives, translating procurement strategy into market‑leading outcomes that deliver value beyond cost savings. The role leads a procurement team that supports Santander UK and associated group entities, acting as a trusted advisor and enabling the business to achieve its cost‑to‑income targets while enhancing supplier performance and stakeholder outcomes.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: £77,600.00 – £100,000.00 per annum (depending on experience).
  • 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days after 5 years of service, with the option to purchase up to 5 contractual days per year
