You will be trained by senior consultants who each bill £700k+ annually, giving you first-hand exposure to a fast-moving, candidate-driven market where strong relationships, market knowledge, and commercial awareness are key. The Role:
- Become a specialist in the UK & US technology recruitment market, developing deep knowledge of technical roles, hiring trends, and client needs.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with tech leaders, hiring managers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top-tier tech professionals through multiple channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: candidate sourcing, qualification, interview preparation, offer management, and deal closure.
