Role Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Attend and shadow client briefings to understand their hiring needs, business culture, and team structure. Work closely with clients to refine job specs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Market Expertise: Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify high-potential clients and candidates. Keep up with industry trends and developments in the tech space.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, engage, and assess top-tier candidates. Manage candidate pipelines, present shortlists to clients, and handle references and final-stage negotiations.
