What do the Company do? This agency specializes within the White Collar construction market in the US. This is a huge area and incredibly profitable, with the average fee hitting £38k. You will be sourcing Project Managers, Senior Architects, and C-Suite individuals in areas like New York, Austin, and LA where the market is incredibly buoyant. The company already has a presence in the UK and Dubai, with plans to open an office in the US this year. If you show success over your first year, there is always the option for relocation with the business!
What would your Role be?
- Business Development: Identifying top businesses, bringing them on as clients, and building strong relationships with them.
- Candidate Sourcing: Networking, headhunting, advertising, and calling through the company database to find suitable candidates.
- Interview Management: Scheduling meetings between candidates and clients, preparing candidates, and passing on feedback.
- Negotiation: Negotiating terms of business with your clients, as well as suitable contracts for your candidates at the offer stage.
- Consulting: Ensuring you keep up to date with market trends and conditions so you can advise your network accordingly.
