I am exclusively partnered with a fast‑growing technology recruitment consultancy currently in an exciting growth phase. With a team of 15 and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking to hire three Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join as trainees. You will receive hands‑on, one‑to‑one training directly from the Directors, both of whom are £1.2 million billers. This is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best performers in the industry. The business has an outstanding track record: their last two graduate hires exceeded targets, earned promotions within 6–8 months, and are on track to earn £45,000+ in their first year. A Graduate Recruitment Consultant specialises in the technology market, working with high‑calibre tech professionals and leading UK‑based clients, including well‑known brands such as HelloFresh and Rightmove. From day one, you will be immersed in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment where you will develop strong commercial and communication skills.
