We are a leading global search firm with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Our consultants specialise in senior-level appointments within Investment Banking, Infrastructure & Energy, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity.
From the outset, you will gain exposure to live projects, working closely with senior partners to understand how high-level hiring decisions are made. Over a structured 12āmonth training programme, you will rotate across multiple markets before specialising in one area as a consultant. With one-to-one mentorship and continuous development, you will quickly build the research, commercial, and advisory expertise needed to excel in executive search.

Responsibilities
- Research & Market Mapping: Analyse industries, track competitors, and identify senior talent pools
- Client Engagement: Shadow client meetings, gaining insight into organisational strategy, culture, and leadership needs
- Candidate Assessment: Identify, engage, and evaluate senior executives, advising them on career opportunities at the highest level
- Advisory Work: Provide clients with market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and strategic insights to inform critical hiring decisions
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university (any discipline considered)
- Evidence of commercial awareness through internships, industry placements, or professional work experience
- Excellent analytical and research skills with strong written and verbal communication
