The Company

Legal Executive Search Consultant

You will specialise within a certain area of Law: Corporate, Finance & Banking, or Investment Funds. You will receive 1-1 training and the best exposure to how the legal field is run, providing you with the tools to grow an incredibly successful career.

The Benefits

• £30k base salary, rising to £35k after your first promotion
• Two annual bonuses based on hitting your targets
• Bonus for each placement as a Consultant (£500)
• Overall OTE in year one of £55k
• Transparent career progression and clear target to become a Consultant (6-12 months)

The Role

• Conduct research and develop in-depth industry knowledge through market mapping of individuals and companies in core markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Create a robust network of senior talent and identify their strengths
• Prepare client reports for senior team review
• Support colleagues with mandates and business development as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Confident and comfortable interacting with top-level legal professionals
• Consultative mindset and commercially aware
• Fluent in any European language is highly beneficial but not essential
• Inquisitive and eager to become an expert in your niche
• Team player
