Executive Search Consultant – Overview
Looking to work with a Boutique Executive Search firm in the heart of London. Gain exposure to world leading brands while creating a successful career.

Role
- Briefing call – gathering critical role information, identifying core competencies and clarifying client priorities
- Briefing pack + calibration interview – deliver a target list, in-depth role description and recruitment strategy
- Talent Mapping + Sourcing – ongoing creation of a long-list of high-potential executives
- Candidate Selection via interviews, regular client meetings and targeted informal referencing
- Short-list presentation – ideally 5 qualified candidates and formal referencing
- Candidate selection – offer negotiation, placement and onboarding assistance
Requirements
- Degree educated from a top university with a 2:1 or above
- Internships highly desirable
- Ambitious with a desire to build a long and successful career within the industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with high level stakeholders
