Working directly with a well-known Asian based founder, a bestselling author & YouTube influencer with over 1M followers.

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff, this person becomes the founder's structural anchor, ensuring follow-through, process development, and internal communication flow. Looking for a true operator who can act as a second brain and contain complexity, not just manage it. This is a high-agency operator who acts as a second in command to a CEO — someone who thinks ahead and makes decisions. You must be able to handle a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.

The role is about driving outcomes quickly, cutting through delays, and handling external parties (legal, banking, service providers, etc.).

Key responsibilities include:

  • External requests (legal, media, partners, internal team)
  • You fully control and manage the CEO calendar and emails.
  • All inbound communication is filtered, triaged, and handled without escalation.
  • Proactive Thinking, connect context across time and geography.
  • Travel
  • Strategic priorities

Ideal backgrounds:

Must have proven experience working with an International CEO/Founder. Must be AI literate, you will have full access to AI tools and internal SOPs. Also could be suited to an operator who ran a business, now looking to support a CEO. Due to time zone challenges the person would need to move to Asia.
