A 50 person B2C Services company for HNW customers is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing for a high-profile Financial Services / B2C Services company working directly with a well-known founder, a bestselling author & YouTube influencer with over 1M followers.

This Head of Marketing role is execution-led, agency-savvy and results-obsessed. You’ll take high-level marketing direction and run day-to-day execution across campaigns, SEO, email marketing, Hubspot and digital.

Role:
  • Drive daily execution of all marketing activity across email, funnel, ads and launch campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, sales, founder) to ensure brand voice is consistent, sharp and on-message
  • Create and test your own messaging ideas based on performance, intuition and audience feedback
  • Own reporting and performance reviews, open rates, conversion, engagement, CAC, etc.
Experience:
  • You’ve been the marketing executor in a fast-moving business or startup
  • Comfortable in a silo marketing role, no team to manage
  • You’re fluent in direct-response, email sequences, and funnel logic
  • You know how to lead agencies - not just manage them
  • You’ve used tools such as HubSpot, GA, Meta/Google Ads dashboards, etc.
  • You have strong copy instincts
  • History of working and supporting a founder lead successful business
  • Extremely tech savvy
  • AI operational experimentation a must
  • Bonus - working with HNW retail or Luxury clients
  • Bonus - working across EU, Asia and Latin America
