Base pay range Role Exciting new role with a leading B2C / D2C Fintech Digital Marketplace, managing a team of dynamic commercial partnership managers and all key partner related revenue reporting to the C Suite. What youβll be doing: Provide strong and structured leadership to the commercial team, including ongoing performance management, professional development and coaching. Oversee and manage all partner relationships including partners and key partners related to diversification of revenue. Optimise revenue performance through negotiation, collaboration and joint initiatives with key partners β build long term mutually viable relationships. The commercial team oversees and controls all elements of commercial operations including product listing; revenue estimation, tracking and attribution; partner reporting and reviews; and contract and due diligence processes. Communicate our strategy, approach to customers, focus and growth plans effectively to partners to drive engagement. What weβre looking for: A proven track record with B2C / D2C managing Partnerships, Commercial, Revenue teams within a digital environment. Someone from a digital only brand, marketplace model, B2C Fintech, online B2C brand. Experience working with Affiliates and Performance Marketing a bonus. Analytical background. Consulting background a bonus. High level of comfort with data and statistical analysis. Degree in Maths, Finance, or Data.
