Reporting to: Head of digital – Sanelo

Department: Sanelo digital

Location: UK (or remote)

Key responsibilities:

  • Own all the digital projects deliverables, including but not limited to CRM, marketplace solution, centralized data solution, operational platform solution.
  • Gathering and translating all the business requirements into project plans. Form and deliver project plans.
  • Managing digital team resource including daily stand up, sprint planning, and quality audit.
  • Manage all stakeholders, arrange requirements meetings and discussions, show and tells, obtain signoff on the solutions from key stakeholders.
  • Risks need to be highlighted as soon as possible, and raised to the business owners and key stakeholders.
  • Change management is key to the success of the digital projects. The digital project manager will own the communications to all stakeholders, and conduct training when needed.

  • A driven and very well-organised individual who has experience in delivering similar scope of technology solution successfully.
  • Project scoping, feasibility, problem solving and delivery skills.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management and scrum management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong change management skills. Familiar with communication and training.
  • Experience on digital platform and development such as CRM, customer portals, eCommerce, websites etc.
  • Understand business requirements and customer journey, able to use the optimal solution to deliver the requirements.
