The EMEA Campaign Coordinator supports the delivery of regional marketing campaigns that build SANS thought leadership, increase brand awareness, and contribute to lead generation and revenue growth across the EMEA region. Reporting into the EMEA Marketing team, the role is responsible for coordinating, localising, and executing global and regional marketing initiatives, working closely with Sales, Marketing, PR, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on brand, and aligned with regional business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic: Supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of key campaigns. Provide a source of content ideas for campaign activity and annual strategy.
- Operational: Creating and maintaining all internal and external documentation, ensuring it is consistent and on brand. Work closely with the EMEA Sales teams and wider Marketing Team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns for the EMEA region. Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team to contextualise and roll out SANS global marketing initiatives within the EMEA region through the use of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Work closely with third parties and external media partners internationally to drive awareness and lead generation. Creating, testing, and monitoring regional content on SANS website to support marketing promotions, increase awareness of our EMEA events and increase the size of our EMEA database. Support the development of high quality content and collateral for distribution to market via social media, traditional media, and content and direct (print) marketing channels. Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and execute targeted social media campaigns for targeted audiences within the region. Create targeted and effective demand generation email campaigns in collaboration with regional Sales teams. Work closely with the PR Manager and local PR agencies to build SANS thought leadership position in the region. Create sales enablement materials in partnership with SANS Sales and Marketing teams, including presentation decks, sales flyers, and other communication materials. Work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager to develop regional lead generation and demand generation initiatives and assist in regional B2B and B2C campaign development.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain working relationships with external media partners, with guidance from senior team members. Work closely with the PR Manager and Social Media Manager. Work closely with the EMEA Sales teams to drive marketing campaigns. Work closely with regional instructors to build both the SANS and instructors profile in region.
- Finance: Support budget tracking and ensure marketing costs are discussed with the Marketing Director.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Essential: 2-3+ years of marketing or marketing communications experience. Experience supporting and coordinating complex, multi-faceted marketing programs, contributing to successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with experience working with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously. Experience with either account-based marketing (ABM) or relationship marketing, or a strong interest in developing skills in this area. Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to track and report on tactic and channel performance. A career path that demonstrates growing responsibility, hands‑on campaign experience, and the ability to contribute to measurable marketing outcomes. Educated to degree level or equivalent. Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud preferred), as well as familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, or Tableau. A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, paid and organic social media, and how these support wider business and marketing goals. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workload effectively in response to changing business needs. Analytical mindset with a curiosity to measure performance, test ideas, and apply learnings to improve results. Understanding of the buyers journey, with experience supporting content mapping, creation, repurposing, and working with agencies or vendors on creative and content marketing initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience creating or supporting content for demand generation emails, web, social, and campaign advertising across short- and long‑form formats.
- Desirable: Experience supporting budget management and identifying efficient ways to maximise marketing impact. Experience assisting with the marketing of live or virtual events. Ability to communicate in an additional modern European language.
