Join our UK Licensing team, reporting into the Senior Licensing Director, and become the Mister Men Licensing Coordinator (m/f/d). Ready to take your first (or second!) step into the wonderfully whimsical world of licensing? We’re on the lookout for a bright, organized, and fun-loving Licensing Assistant to support our Mr Men team. If you’ve just graduated (or will soon), love all things Mr Men Little Miss, and can’t resist a cheerful challenge, read on!
What you will do
- Licensee Liaison: Answer basic queries from licensees, distribute guidelines, and share updates with our partners.
- Research & Reporting: Gather market intel on trends, competitors, compile simple reports, and identify new opportunities for Mr Men Little Miss.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Counterfeit Activity in the UK: Assist with monitoring and reporting counterfeit activity in the UK in key categories such as gifting and apparel.
- Calendar & Communications: Help manage diaries, schedule meetings, and chase up actions.
- General office admin and support: Process expense claims, and data-entry tasks with a smile.
- Event & Sample Support: Assist with tradeshows, and the shipping of product samples.
What you will bring
- First or Second Role: This could be your first licensing position (or second post-university role).
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field: Experience working with children’s brands, licensors, or media companies would be preferable.
- Basic Licensing Knowledge: Any coursework or internships in marketing, brand management or entertainment licensing is a bonus!
- Organisational Wizardry: You love making lists, managing calendars, and keeping tabs on every little detail.
- Communication Superpowers: Clear and friendly writing for emails and simple reports, plus confidence on the phone or video call.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and quick to learn new internal systems.
- Team Player Spirit: You’re happy to jump in wherever needed—with positivity!
