Sanremo The Italian Restaurant in the heart of Bath is opening soon, and we are looking for very talented WAITER & WAITRESS to join our front of house Brigata. Are you ready for a big challenge: The Best GUEST Experience Ever!

Location: SANREMO 15-17 High Street Bath, BA1 5AQ

Our offer:

  • Highly competitive salary of up to £13.00 - £15.00 per hour + cash tips

Your mission:

  • You will be the ambassador of SANREMO: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional service and adopt a 'problem solver' attitude.
  • You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: you ensure a 'SANREMO style' service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimisation of table rotation.
  • You will be responsible for the well-being of the customer during their time with us: you will ensure a 5 star service and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
  • You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the more junior colleagues.

  • Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang
  • English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
