Our offer:
- Highly competitive salary of up to £13.00 - £15.00 per hour + cash tips
- Full time role
- 2 consecutive days off per week

Your mission:
- You will be the ambassador of SANREMO: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional service and adopt a 'problem solver' attitude.
- You will guarantee the quality of service in the dining room: you ensure a 'SANREMO style' service and you are responsible for the accuracy of the service. You are responsible for the speed of service and the optimisation of table rotation.
- You will be responsible for the well-being of the customer during their time with us: you will ensure a 5 star service and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
- You will master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of the more junior colleagues.
