Pasta & Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team.
If you have a genuine love for authentic Italian cuisine, experience making fresh pasta by hand, and can produce exceptional pizzas, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Pasta
- Prepare fresh handmade pasta dough from scratch.
- Shape, cut, and produce a variety of traditional pasta.
- Cook pasta dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Develop and contribute new pasta recipes and seasonal specials.
- Ensure excellent presentation, flavour, and consistency.
- Pizza
- Prepare and stretch fresh pizza dough.
- Produce authentic Italian pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
- Maintain consistency during busy service periods.
- General Kitchen Duties
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure food quality and portion control standards are met.
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a
Pasta Chef, Pizza Chef, or Italian Chef .
- Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine.
- Experience making fresh handmade pasta from scratch.
- Experience preparing and cooking traditional pizzas.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Passion for producing outstanding food.
