Manager to join our growing company, helping us to expand our business and build on our reputation for excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality
  • Organise and monitor staff schedule
  • Organise and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Actively promote all the venues and its events
  • Train new and current employees on proper guest service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Ensure a smooth closing of the venue
  • Attend meeting and trainings when required

Requirements

  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well with others with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Knowledge of all applicable software
  • Schedule
  • 2 double shifts and 3 single shifts per week, 2 days off.
  • Double shifts start in the morning, finishing closing the restaurant with an hour break.
  • Single shift starts in the evening before the dinner service.
