Job Title: Bread Baker

Salary: Competitive depending on experience £12.50 - £16.00 PH

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our kitchen production team. The ideal candidate will have a love for artisanal baking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality bread to complement our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of breads to restaurant standards.
- Maintain high levels of consistency, flavour, and presentation.
- Follow and develop recipes while ensuring creativity and innovation.
- Manage daily production schedules to meet restaurant demand.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock ordering.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker, ideally specialising in bread.
- Knowledge of different doughs, fermentation methods, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends.
- Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and food.
