Salary £35,000 - £40,000 incl tronc. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our intimate team at Sanremo Italian Restaurant – Bath. Located in the heart of Bath within a beautifully converted former NatWest bank, Sanremo Italian Restaurant offers an authentic and sophisticated dining experience. The restaurant combines traditional Italian flavours with a stylish, contemporary setting, preserving historic architectural elements such as high ceilings, grand columns, and original bank vault details for a unique ambiance. We are leading the charge in Bath for modern international cuisine, whilst also serving an ever changing list of juicy wines and signature cocktails. We keep our working hours sensible and encourage a good life/work balance. As we look to grow the business, there is plenty of room to expand within this role!
