Sanremo Italian Restaurant in Bath is looking for an experienced and passionate Pasta Maker & Pizza Maker tojoin our busy kitchen team.
If you take pride in creating authentic, fresh Italian pasta and enjoy working in a fast-paced, friendly environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pasta to our authentic Italian recipes and standards.
- Produce a variety of pasta shapes and doughs from scratch.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pasta dishes.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team during service.
- Manage stock and ingredients efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pasta maker or in an Italian kitchen.
- Knowledge of traditional Italian pasta-making techniques.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player.
- Food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
