What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a dynamic front-of-house environment, preferably in fine dining or brasserie-style service.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example: manage a service section during peak periods, coordinate smooth order flow, and ensure seamless guest billing.

• Mentor and inspire Commis Waiters, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and safety-conscious team environment.

• Deliver polished, personable service that reflects Sanremo’s ethos of friendly sophistication.
