Bartender Part Time 3-4 shifts per week

We're looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team at Sanremo. If you're passionate about great drinks, warm hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

You'll be at the heart of our bar, preparing classic and contemporary cocktails, serving wines and beers, and helping guests find the perfect drink. Working closely with our restaurant and bar teams, you'll help every service run smoothly while maintaining exceptional standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve drinks with speed, consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver warm, engaging and professional service.
• Learn our drinks menu, seasonal specials and food pairings.
• Offer confident, thoughtful recommendations to guests.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team during busy services.
• Follow all licensing, hygiene and safety requirements.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant.
• A genuine interest in cocktails, wine, spirits and mixology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The confidence to remain calm and organised under pressure.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
