Sanremo is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of premium commercial espresso machines, renowned for combining Italian craftsmanship, innovative engineering and exceptional design. Working with many of the UK’s most respected coffee roasters, speciality cafés, luxury hotels and hospitality operators, Sanremo UK is committed to outstanding products and first‑class customer service. Our London showroom is far more than a product display; it is the home of the Sanremo brand in the UK. It is where customers, partners and industry professionals experience our machines, build relationships and engage with the wider worlds of coffee, hospitality, design and Italian culture.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and commercially minded Showroom & Partnerships Manager to become an integral part of our growing business. This role combines showroom management, customer experience, partnerships, events and business administration, making it one of the most varied and rewarding positions within Sanremo UK.

The Role

You will ensure the London showroom operates as a vibrant hub for the coffee and hospitality industry, while also acting as a central support function for the wider Sanremo UK business. Reporting to the Sales Director and working closely with sales, service, and operations, you will support customer enquiries, process orders, organise events, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure every aspect of the business runs smoothly and professionally. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working at pace, and is equally comfortable greeting customers, coordinating projects, improving processes, and hosting memorable events.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Showroom & Customer Experience: You will welcome visitors, coordinate product demonstrations and appointments, oversee displays and consumables, manage meeting room bookings and hospitality, and ensure the showroom remains an inspiring destination for customers and industry professionals.
  • Partnerships & Events: You will design and deliver a structured, engaging events programme that strengthens the Sanremo brand and builds meaningful relationships across London’s coffee, hospitality and design communities. From coffee tastings, workshops and product launches to exhibitions, talks, networking evenings and Italian food and wine events, you will turn the showroom into a go‑to venue for coffee culture and hospitality innovation. Alongside this, you will nurture relationships with hospitality businesses, coffee roasters, restaurants and hotels, interior designers and architects, museums and galleries, Italian cultural organisations, industry associations and local partners.
  • Business & Commercial Support: As a key member of the team, you will help keep the business running smoothly. You will be one of the first points of contact for enquiries, respond professionally to customers and partners, process orders and support quotations, deliveries and service visits. You will manage correspondence, maintain CRM records, prepare reports, presentations and business documents, assist with purchasing and finance administration, coordinate travel arrangements and support internal projects. Working closely with colleagues, you will also help document and improve internal processes, support product launches and marketing campaigns, coordinate internal communications and contribute to continuous improvement across administrative and commercial functions. You will provide day‑to‑day support to the commercial team by coordinating appointments, following up on enquiries, preparing proposals, supporting dealer and distributor communications, and helping to identify new business opportunities generated through the showroom and events.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means a professionally managed, welcoming and brand‑consistent showroom; high levels of customer satisfaction; efficient, reliable administration; impactful events and partnerships; growing showroom engagement and visitor numbers; and ongoing improvement in how we operate. You will become a trusted member of the team, helping to make Sanremo UK one of London’s most recognised destinations for premium coffee and Italian hospitality.

About You

You enjoy working with people, solving problems and delivering results. You are exceptionally organised, friendly, professional, approachable and confident in communicating with customers at all levels. Commercially aware and highly proactive, you are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You work well independently, contribute positively to a close‑knit team and are always looking for ways to improve processes and add value. You bring experience in business administration, office management, or customer support, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, experience handling customer enquiries and orders, strong Microsoft Office skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and close attention to detail. A positive, adaptable attitude is essential. Experience in hospitality, coffee or luxury brands, event planning, CRM systems, marketing or social media, project coordination and Italian language skills would all be welcome, but are not essential.

Why Join Sanremo UK?

This is a distinctive opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected espresso machine manufacturers and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the UK business. You will become a central figure within a small, ambitious, and highly committed team, helping to shape both our London showroom and how our business operates every day. From supporting customers and refining processes to delivering memorable events and building valuable partnerships, no two days will be the same. This role is not simply about managing a showroom; it is about becoming the operational hub of Sanremo UK. Combining elements of the Chief of Staff, Operations Coordinator, and Brand & Partnerships Manager roles, it offers an exciting development opportunity for the right candidate.
