To: Home Manager Salary * £13.75 per hour * Full time is contracted to 163 hours per month, any hours completed over 163 will be paid time and a quarter. * Sleep shifts are £70 Job Purpose We are looking for a caring, motivated, and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our children's residential home.

You will help provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people while leading shifts and supporting the staff team.

Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.

Build positive relationships with children and young people.

Support young people with their daily routines, education, and personal development.

Ensure care plans are followed and records are kept up to date.

Provide guidance and support to Residential Care Workers.

Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children at all times.

Work closely with managers, families, and other professionals.

Support staff development through coaching and supervision.

What We\'re Looking For A NVQ Level 3 for children and young people (Essential) Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting (2 years minimum) Previous experience in a senior or leadership role (Essential) Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A positive role model with a passion for helping young people achieve positive outcomes.

A flexible approach to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
