- Full time is contracted to 163 hours per month, any hours completed over 163 will be paid time and a quarter.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting Young People- Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential environment.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
- Meet the emotional, physical, educational, social, and behavioural needs of young people.
- Act as a positive role model and promote appropriate behaviour.
- Support young people in developing life skills, independence, and self-confidence.
- Follow individual care plans and contribute to their ongoing review and development.
- Encourage participation in education, training, employment, and recreational activities.
- Take responsibility for allocated young people and support them to achieve their personal goals.
