Job Description: Residential Children’s Senior Support Worker / Team Leader Location: Birmingham / Dudley / West Bromwich (In Person) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time - 163 hrs Salary: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour (Dependent on qualifications and experience) + £70 per sleep-in Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter above 163 hrs At SANQ Children’s Services, we do things properly. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader who is confident leading shifts, supporting staff, and building positive, trusting relationships with children. This is a hands-on role where your experience is valued, your voice is heard, and your commitment is recognised.
