This is a “right time, right place” kind of moment, with increasing momentum, multiple hospital partnerships, vast data access, a first product in clinic with early positive results, and imminent regulatory approval (Class IIb EU:MDR). Now, we are looking for you to take us to the next level.

About the role

You will play a pivotal role in translating clinical needs into product strategies and managing our product roadmap of regulated digital health products that predict emerging risk in patients.

A typical day could start with aligning key weekly cross-functional product priorities, followed by updating the strategic documentation for our long-term product vision. Midday, you will join co-design sessions with our Human Factors Expert and our clinical & EPR partners to maximise user adoption and clinical outcomes. Later you will collaborate with our Market Access team to define GtM and reimbursement or conduct and write-up evidence studies with our hospital partners. The day may also include you taking on responsibilities as our Clinical Safety Officer.

Are you hungry? Great, this is an opportunity to step into a leadership position next year but with the drive and willingness to get into the trenches today, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver outcomes.

Must have:

• Clinical experience: min. 2yr in a hospital setting (eg. nursing, medicine, allied health professionals)
• Product experience: min. 3yrs, ideally with SaMD/ AIaMD (EU:MDR/ FDA)
• You identify with the product manager definition of “Hard things about hard things” and are hungry to deliver a product that people cannot live without
• Wow us with your exceptional product lifecycle management experience and share you have transformed user adoption into clinical outcomes
• Demonstrate your understanding that great products not only address clinical needs but also consider the priorities of key stakeholders and align with emerging industry trends.
• Dazzle us with your ability to clearly define the unmet need and communicate it to many stakeholders, be they clinical, technical, creative, academic, regulatory etc.

Desirable:

• You know how to get technical team members to love you by writing clear & concise technical requirements
• You live and breathe Human-Centred Design and are obsessed by data
• Love or hate them – you understand EPR systems and know how to use them (especially EPIC, Cerner, Altera)
• We love evidence and running evidence-generation studies – do you?
• You know the importance of privacy compliance (GDPR, DTAC etc), clinical safety standards (eg. DCB0129) and regulatory frameworks like MDR
• You are abreast of the rapidly advancing field of clinical AI
