The Digital Strategic Partnerships team is part of the Digital Strategy & Operations group within Sanofi Digital, focused on digital growth and transformation. The mission of Digital Partnering is to establish partner relationships that align with Sanofi’s digital strategic priorities.

The Senior Manager supports setting and refining digital buy/build/partner strategies and executing licensing and collaboration opportunities across therapeutic areas and geographies.

This role involves working closely with Digital Heads, Legal, Finance, and other teams, managing transactions including in-licensing, collaborations, co-development, and other partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support refinement of digital buy/build/partner strategy with Digital Head
  • Investigate digital innovations to inform strategy
  • Monitor sector development, identify opportunities and threats
  • Support digital partnering transactions, lead cross-functional teams, develop business cases and financial models, and negotiate deal terms
  • Build and maintain industry relationships, assess markets, and contribute to internal initiatives

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required; MBA, MD, or MS/PhD preferred
  • 4+ years in life sciences/healthcare or tech industry, with at least 2 years in digital health or pharmatech
  • Experience leading business development and licensing deals
  • Strong communication, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industries

Language:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Mandarin) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate in dynamic, multi-cultural environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel (~10%)
