As Medical Science Liaison within our Medical Affairs team, you will drive scientific excellence and build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals across all South UK territories, focusing on advancing patient care in nasal polyps and severe asthma. Through evidence-based medical engagement, you will shape treatment pathways, generate valuable insights, and collaborate with leading clinicians to improve outcomes for patients living with these challenging respiratory conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic medical team, where you will combine your scientific expertise with strategic thinking to make a meaningful impact on patient care and clinical practice in your therapeutic areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and payers to understand their needs and create collaborative opportunities that improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate complex medical information in a clear, balanced way about our immunology products, ensuring healthcare professionals have the evidence they need to make informed decisions.
- Generate valuable insights from your interactions with the external healthcare community and share actionable recommendations with internal teams.
- Support clinical research activities, including trial development, execution, and real-world evidence partnerships to advance our scientific understanding.
- Collaborate across teams to shape and execute medical strategies, working closely with colleagues in medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and commercial functions.
- Maintain compliance excellence by completing all required training programs and adhering to industry codes of practice while keeping clear boundaries between educational and promotional activities.

About You:
- Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals in a scientific or medical capacity, whether from a clinical, research, or pharmaceutical background.
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and communicate clinical data, research publications, and scientific evidence to diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage credibly as a peer with senior healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- A curious, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, manage your own territory, and adapt to a fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
- Solid understanding of the UK healthcare environment, including the NHS structure, regulatory frameworks, and industry codes of practice (e.g., ABPI).
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related healthcare discipline — or equivalent professional registration as a UK healthcare professional.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
