As Marketing Associate VIE within our team, you will be primarily responsible with the Customer Engagement Lead to develop and execute the customers’ activation strategy by leveraging omnichannel at local level for a first-in-class therapy in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Solid Organ Transplantation.
Reporting to the Customer Engagement Lead, this role is strategically positioned to realize the ambition for the Transplant Franchise in being the partner of choice for our customers contributing to the overall future success of Sanofi. The role is focused on bringing meaningful content closer to our customers to support them in improving patient outcomes. In General Medicines, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology - with the scale and urgency patients deserve.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the development of marketing assets and implementation of brand strategies for our Transplant portfolio in the UK market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, build integrated patient journeys and initiatives that maximize the reach of customers.
- Work with Customer Engagement team on the analysis of data and insights of campaigns performance, market trends, competitor activities, with the objective to take marketing decisions on customer engagement execution that will lead to a behaviour change.
- Drive and collaborate on the development of promotional and non-promotional materials and digital content that aligns with the brand strategy, seeking feedback from internal and external stakeholders & evaluating the impact of materials & communication.
- Support the planning and execution of educational events and programs for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor customer engagement performance metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with ABPI Code and relevant regulations.
About you
Experience: 2-4 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and consumer insights to support brand decisions.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, with ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Digital marketing proficiency with understanding of omnichannel strategies and social media platforms.
- Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas while maintaining attention to detail in execution.
- Team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Customer-centric approach with genuine interest in understanding patient and customer needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
