About the job

As Global Access AI and Insights Specialist VIE within our Market Access team, you'll be a key player in our digital roadmap and insights generation, helping to revolutionize how our market access, pricing, and HEVA teams make decisions. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and strategic healthcare access, creating a culture where insights happen faster, decisions are smarter, and patient impact is maximized.

The Global Access Catalyst team sits at the heart of this transformation, leading initiatives that drive future readiness and create powerful synergies across our Market Access organizations, spanning Global Market Access Business Units and local teams worldwide.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and support critical workstreams within our digital and AI roadmap.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across therapeutic areas to identify, articulate, and prioritize high-impact use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to scout innovative solutions and build comprehensive project plans that deliver real results.
  • Scan and analyse the access and launch environment across major global markets.
  • Support global payer intelligence and research activities for diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Contribute to our annual Market Access horizon scanning strategic exercise—combining outside-in payer expertise with inside-out country risk assessment and market intelligence.
  • Interface directly with senior leadership on initiatives that shape Sanofi's access strategy.
  • Develop deep expertise in international health systems while working closely with both global and local market access teams.
  • Influence decision-making on projects that directly impact patient access to life-changing treatments.

About you

Experience:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within international or multicultural environment. Preferably in Market Access/Health Economics.
  • Experience in project management with strong analytical & organizational skills.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
  • Product/Digital experience and knowledge of agile workflows.
  • Attention to detail, organized, structured and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with colleagues across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • Demonstrates positive attitude, proactive, embraces collaborative team atmosphere and comfortable with dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health/health policy, digital/AI/machine learning, business, economics or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
