In this role, you will be accountable for creating a strong culture of high performance and for strategically planning to achieve our commercial ambitions within this therapy area.

Main responsibilities:
- Build, develop and lead a national sales team, creating a vision of success and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prioritise key accounts, lead account planning processes, and set regional targets.
- Ensure omnichannel call plans are fully executed by each sales team member.
- Support effective use of promotional materials to maximise impact of customer engagement.
- Achieve sales performance targets, contribute to business development, and provide insights for forecasting.
- Support pre- and post-launch activities, contributing to brand planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability.
About you
Experience : Proven background in sales and first-line management; experience in neurology and high-cost therapy launches in the UK; strong track record of leading high-performing teams.
Soft and technical skills : Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, organisational and time management skills; effective communicator and influencer; adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven; ability to lead cross-functional teams and apply industry codes of practice.
Education : Relevant scientific, healthcare, or business background preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Languages : Fluent in English.
