This role is part of a significant transformation aligning medical functions in General Medicines to strengthen connections with R&D, maximize impact earlier in development, while maintaining robust business alignment.As **MSL Manager Transplant**, you will play a critical role in driving Sanofi\’s leadership in the evolving transplant space, covering both chronic graft-versus-host disease (CGVHD) and solid organ transplantation. You will focus on supporting the successful integration of our current transplant portfolio while preparing for future pipeline innovations.
