As Marketing Executive in our Marketing Respiratory Team, you’ll take fully funded training via the JGA Group enrolling on a 15 month Marketing Executive course. The course is delivered through one full-day or two half-day seminars each month, coaching from an experienced marketing professional, plus a virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons.
What does the team do?
At Sanofi, we are working cross functionally to help the NHS providing our medicines to the right patient. In marketing, based on the market insights, we design and execute our brand strategy to ensure we reach our commercial objectives. We develop promotional campaigns to increase awareness and understanding of what our medicine can do for patients with Type 2 conditions. We ensure our sales team are properly equipped with knowledge and materials compliant with the ABPI code to support meaningful conversations with the HCPs they engage with daily.
Main responsibilities:
- The fundamental responsibility in the role is to support the creation of promotional materials, from business need alignment, concept review, agency brief, ongoing review, approval/certification and training of the sales team.
- The role will require to work cross functionally to ensure materials and marketing assets are delivered in high quality on time.
- The apprentice will work with the Omnichannel lead to ensure the materials are tailored to the customer preferences.
- The role will include the support of the sales training from content design, approval and delivery working with the appropriate functions.
About you
Experience: Some basic experience in one or more of: communications, digital marketing, customer facing role.
Soft skills: Project management skills, communication and collaboration.
Technical skills: Ideally Microsoft Office Pack, collaboration platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Miro.
Education: Proof of a minimum of A Level BCC worth 104 UCAS points or BTEC National Diploma DMM worth 112 UCAS points or Access to HE qualifications with 9 Distinctions and 36 Merits or Equivalent Level 3 qualifications worth 112 UCAS points. Hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English, or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above).
Personal Characteristics: Questioning, logical, empathic.
Languages: English first language.
