Job Title: Associate Director, DUPIXENT Payer Analytics and Insights Lead – US

About the Job

The Associate Director, Dupixent Payer Analytics and Insights Lead will be a key contributor to Sanofi’s flagship brand Dupixent. This role supports establishing an integrated payer analytics strategy, platform, and process to aid in launch planning, performance assessment, and strategy execution. It involves collaboration with various teams within the company, including US Account Management, Market Access, Data Management, and Brand Analytics. The position is based in Cambridge, MA and reports to the Director, Dupixent Payer Analytics and Insights Lead.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support integrated payer analytics strategy and tactical plans
  • Support the Dupixent Payer Analytics Platform across various data systems
  • Enhance payer analytic methodologies based on market needs
  • Maintain payer performance metrics and communication routines
  • Assist in pricing and contracting analytics with the Pricing Team
  • Provide analytics support to the brand team and TA Leads
  • Manage vendor collaborations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Adapt to other responsibilities as business needs evolve

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, finance, economics, or related fields; graduate degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of payer analytics experience with relevant databases
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable
  • Effective collaborator and communicator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with access and reimbursement models (Part B, Part D, Medicaid)
  • Experience working with US account management and field teams
  • Leadership experience in managing analyst teams
  • Vendor management experience
