Working Arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days per week on-site in Reading and 2 days remote.

As Health Informatics Lead within our Immunology team, you will drive the development of AI-powered pathway solutions to improve patient care in AD and COPD, lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact, and elevate Sanofi's position as an industry leader in healthcare AI through strategic partnerships with NHS stakeholders and data innovators.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven pathway solutions for Immunology (AD and COPD)– define strategic objectives for AI-driven population management, risk stratification, remote monitoring, and decision support solutions to improve patient care and drive growth.
  • Integrate solutions into broader business strategy– align data-driven pathway initiatives with the wider Franchise strategy including Market Access and Patient Support Programs (PSP).
  • Lead and inspire multifunctional teams– align commercial, marketing, medical, and external partners around shared deliverables.
  • Build organizational AI capability– train and empower the broader Immunology franchise team in effective use of data and AI.
  • Shape Sanofi's AI vision and narrative– contribute to compelling internal and external positioning around AI's role in transforming patient pathways.
  • Drive senior stakeholder engagement– identify opportunities and support high-level engagement with NHS Confederation, Government bodies, and NHS leadership.
  • Forge strategic partnerships– build relationships with leading vendors, innovators, and key opinion leaders in the data and AI space.

About you:

  • Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset, with resilience, persistence, and versatility enabling strong upward and lateral influence.
  • Proven track record of delivery, with strong project management, analytical and planning skills, and a clear communication style.
  • Demonstrates innovative thinking and the ability to identify and solve problems in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Proven understanding of the modern NHS healthcare system and how to influence within it; previous NHS experience preferred.
  • Experience of working with Health Data required.
  • Data & Analytics background required; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of ABPI/HPAI Code of Practice and its practical application in a business environment.
