About the job: The successful candidate will ensure timely execution and completeness of preventive and corrective work orders for critical water systems. Ensures all maintenance work performed on equipment is aligned with HSE requirements i.e. Permits LOTO PTW Support continuous improvement for maintenance operations Support investigations and development of CAPAs for unplanned utility disruptions or EM excursions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop corrective actions to address clean utilities compliance and safety risks
  • Identify reliability and maintainability and HSE improvement opportunities for critical utility systems
  • Feedback to reliability engineering and P&S team
  • Utility area organization and safety incl tools equipment
  • Maintenance plans procedures work instructions

About you:

  • Technical degree or equivalent
  • Experience operating GMP utility systems in pharmaceutical or other high-purity production settings, e.g. semiconductor food beverage
  • Training certification and experience in maintenance
  • In depth equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of purchasing systems and CMM
  • GMP Compliance experience
  • Preventative and Corrective Maintenance
