The Performance and Continuous Improvement Specialist (Reliability and Support Engineering Team) ensures system stability, operational excellence, and user satisfaction by implementing equipment, systems, analytics, and process enhancements to maximize value. This role serves as a bridge between technical operations and business objectives, taking a proactive approach to prevent issues, optimize maintenance systems performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Performance and Continuous Improvement Specialist you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure high availability and reliability of all technology services.
  • Monitor system health, analyze performance metrics, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
  • Lead process/system optimization initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices.
  • Implement digital solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Innovate and iterate on processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and system resilience.
  • Analyze incident patterns and root causes to develop preventive measures.
  • Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to enhance response effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in reliability engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate performance metrics and improvement initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends in reliability engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and deliver training to enhance team capabilities.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, performance optimization, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in technology operations environment preferred.
  • Achieve and maintain system uptime and reliability targets defined by organizational objectives.
  • Reduce the frequency and duration of service incidents and downtime.
  • Implement measurable process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
