Our organization is preparing its future through an ambitious program that aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies to better address vaccine business challenges as well as biologics products.
As a Head of Site OPEX and Smart Factory, you will be:
- Developing, owning, and maintaining the Site Performance Roadmap by:
- Leading the Strategy Cascading process by working closely with internal (i.e., SLT) and external (i.e., Global Functions) stakeholders, defining site CBN’s.
- Driving internal/external benchmarking & analyses to identify performance gaps/opportunities vs. best in class, socialising it internally and externally with key stakeholders.
- Leading the performance & digital piece during Strat Plan and Budget, defining performance ambition (aligned with CBN’s and GBU objectives), cascaded into financial/operational targets across all performance dimensions (e.g., +QDCI, scorecard).
- Developing a prioritised portfolio of initiatives (i.e., performance + modernisation) to deliver site ambition, including impact, resourcing, and timelines.
- Focused transformation initiatives (e.g., performance boosters), when fast-paced performance breakthroughs are required.
- Standardisation through SMS 2.0 ecosystem deployments enabling continuous improvement (incl. execution support, CI standard deployment, problem solving, OpEx method, etc.).
- Deployment of Smart Factory solutions (incl. AI) and associated change management to ensure value realisation and expected transformation (e.g., Modernisation Index).
- Managing operational KPI management (i.e., +QDCI) including cascaded review from shop floor to SLT to track performance evolution vs. ambition.
- Driving financial impact of performance actions (e.g., 3P, Sievo) ensuring value is maximised and captured in alignment with Finance, Procurement, Operations.
- Monitoring overall performance trajectory vs. ambition, spotting early on (risk of) deviations and deciding appropriate corrective actions.
- Representing the site in above site performance reviews and forums.
About You
- Knowledge of main Operational Excellence techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CI, etc.).
- Experience in transformation and change management.
- Understanding of data analytics / visualisation.
- Project Management.
- Basics of finance and strategy.
- Knowledge of main IT/Digital solutions (e.g., ERP).
- Knowledge of Manufacturing 4.0 (Paperless manufacturing operation with integrated information flow across different platforms across SAP, MES, Delta V, Historian, LIMS, etc.).
- Knowledge and proven application of AI/Gen AI tools.
- Knowledge of key business & pharma processes.
