We are seeking a skilled and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our fantastic team in delivering high-quality Pilates classes to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and possess the necessary qualifications to educate and motivate individuals in achieving their fitness goals as well as a drive to build and maintain their own client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Reformer Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels
- Instruct and guide clients on proper Pilates techniques and form
- Create personalised Pilates routines tailored to individual client needs
- Provide feedback and support to clients during sessions
- Maintain a clean and organised Pilates studio environment
- Be a strong team player
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
Experience:
- Prior experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor is required
- Strong ability to educate and motivate clients
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and Pilates principles
- Experience in service-based businesses, in a studio or salon is preferred
- Background in movement, health or wellbeing is advantageous
