Overview of role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthotist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, designing, fitting, and modifying orthoses to aid in rehabilitation and improve mobility.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to identify clinical needs and appropriate orthotic solutions.
- Shape acquisition of patients’ anatomy through 3D scanning technologies.
- Design custom orthotic devices using computer aided design softwares.
- Fit and adjust orthoses, ensuring patient comfort and device effectiveness.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on device use and care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with advancements in orthotic technology and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Orthotics, Prosthetics, or related field.
- Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics recognized by International Society for Prosthetics & Orthotics (ISPO) at Category I status preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric orthotics.
- Proficient in the use of CAD/CAM technology for device design and fabrication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate clinical reasoning and problem-solving competencies with attention to detail.
