Maintenance Technician
Objective of the position:
Perform routine preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on a wide variety of equipment with an emphasis on responds to maintenance tasks as assigned. Assists with the installation of new equipment within the facility. Performs equipment assembly, positioning, and testing. Maintains tools and physical inventories.
Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required.

Job Duties:
- Be able to perform replacement of mechanical assemblies that require precision alignment
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair/maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions (work orders, blue prints, equipment specs, etc.) Read and interpret electrical and control circuit schematics
- Ability to perform electronic fabrication/assembly- wiring, terminations, component soldering.
- Be familiar with the setup and calibration of controllers such as; chart, motion, temperature and level controllers
- Be familiar with various sensor styles and types
- Shows mechanical aptitude β isolate/ differentiate between electrical and mechanical issues
- Set up and operate machine tools, and equipment using various hand tools and precision measuring instruments common to the trade.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of HND college course within the field of Electrical or Industrial Maintenance
- 2-4 years directly related experience, specifically in an electronic manufacturing environment
