What's the Short Version?
The Cross Dock I unloads and loads incoming and outgoing trailers, and sorts, palletizes, and moves product.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Use a Radio Frequency (RF) unit to track all movement of product entering and leaving building by scanning designated labels and barcodes.
- Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.
- Use an electric power jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.
What Are We Looking For?
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Ability to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
- May need basic math skills in counting and quantity.
- May need to complete and maintain San Mar’s Lift Operator Certification every two years.
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
- Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit.
- Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment while meeting deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comprehend verbal and written instructions.
- Essential days or overtime may be required.
