This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Birmingham or Skelmersdale. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, supporting the sales team, and providing administrative assistance. Key tasks include maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service and ability to build effective relationships with clients.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in Order Processing and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer orders.
  • Background in Sales and understanding of sales processes to support the sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing records, schedules, and supporting organisational needs.
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to handle simultaneous responsibilities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is beneficial.
