The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Support Associate to support patients across our healthcare programmes. This is an ideal role for someone studying in London who wants direct exposure to real world healthcare delivery and patient interaction. You will sit at the frontline of our patient programmes, with a strong focus on telephone communication. This role requires individuals who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly and handle sensitive conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patients across programmes through structured telephone and written communication
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients to support engagement, onboarding and follow up
- Deliver a high quality, professional and empathetic telephone experience at all times
- Assist with onboarding patients onto digital platforms and services
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all patient interactions
- Support coordination between patients, clinicians and internal teams
- Track key patient metrics and escalate any risks or issues
- Support weekend and weekday operations to ensure continuity of care
What We Are Looking For
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree, ideally in a healthcare, life sciences or related field
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently and empathetically
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and structured approach
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patients in a calm and reassuring way
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple interactions
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships

- Canary Wharf, London based role, fully office based
- This role requires in person presence due to the operational and patient facing nature of the work
- Remote or home working is not available for this position
